The owner/coach Jovan is an amazing trainer - always making sure that everyone has the best experience. Often the classes feel like personal training, as Jovan is constantly making sure that members are executing movements correctly.
⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑ ORF is family. I've been coming here for about a year now. Jovan and all the coaches are friendly, super supportive and encouraging, motivating and push you to do and be your best. They also provide nutritional, supplemental advice and provide proper technique, critique and form. I've seen pretty impressive results in myself and the other regulars that go. I'm amazed at how much their journey has changed them and myself for the better.
⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑ Really fun group. Trainers are very knowledgeable and serious body builders. The Crossfit training has lots of bar weight lifting which helps shape your body faster. I enjoyed my time at this place and highly recommend it. Really helped me sweat off some extra pounds.
⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑ Have been a member since 2010, love the vibe and all the negative energy gets converted to positive energy as soon as we enter. Jovan corral who is the owner has been my personal trainer and goes beyond limits to help people change and pushes for better results in personal training and group classes, which I have not seen in any fitness center around the world. Highly recommend this place if you wants results.

Jovan really focuses on technique and making sure you have it down. He gives attention to everyone and double checks your form. He really pushes you and motivates. you... I even PRed on my deadlift!

All Membership cancellation requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org 30 days prior to the 1st of the month. (Example: If you want to stop AutoPay for May 1st, the email to stop the May Membership would need to be emailed by April 1st.) Failure to notify by the deadline will result in the payment for the next month's processing. No refunds will be processed.
PERSONAL ONE ON ONE TRAINING PACKAGES:
- Package 1: 10 Sessions $110 Hourly ($1,100)
- Package 2: 20 Sessions $100 Hourly ($2,000)
- Package 3: 30 Sessions $95 Hourly ($2,850)
- Package 4: 40 Sessions $90 Hourly ($3,600)
- Package 5: 200 Sessions $85 Hourly ($17,000) "COMMITMENT PACKAGE"
***Clients must give 24 hours cancellation notice to fitness trainer or there is a session charge.
Personal Training Membership:
$800 Monthly Up To Four Times Per Week Training.
- Last-minute cancellations.
- No make-ups sessions unless fitness trainer has availability.
- Client has a set day and time schedule to keep with fitness trainer.
- Four months commitment with trainer for training membership.
